The San Antonio Water System (“SAWS”) is soliciting bids from vendors to provide labor, materials, equipment, supervision and all work necessary to clean, internally inspect, and record the condition of designated wastewater collection system pipelines 21 inches and less in diameter. Work is on specific gravity mains located within the SAWS wastewater collection system service area. The specific mains are almost entirely clay and concrete pipes.
