The San Antonio Water System is soliciting bids for transportation and disposal services on non-friable asbestos cement (AC) pipes & other waste asbestos containing material (ACM). SAWS currently has five (5) different locations that require handling, collecting, containing, and packaging, transporting and disposing asbestos transite pipes. SAWS reserves the right to add or remove locations as business needs change.
