The San Antonio Water System is seeking Best Value Bids in the purchase of one to two printers, and software for operating the print shop with printer management tools. SAWS has been tasked to modernize the capacity and flexibility of production copying and printing in the Information Systems (IS) Print Shop. The main focus of this project is to increase productivity, lower costs, and gain flexibility. The production copier/printer must be compatible with the existing SAWS network. In addition, there must be an eight (8) year maintenance plan for the new equipment and software systems.
