The San Antonio Water System is soliciting bids for the services of a qualified elevator Contractor to provide a comprehensive maintenance program to maximize the performance, safety and life span of elevator equipment on SAWS elevators located at various locations. Contractor shall perform services in accordance with the general conditions and specifications set forth herein. SAWS General Conditions, Specifications and Terms and Conditions of Invitation for Bids provided with the bid document will prevail in the event of conflict with Contractor.
