SAWS is soliciting bids to investigate the condition of sewer laterals located in the EARZ. The investigation includes the smoke testing of the sanitary sewer infrastructure. Work may also include televising the sewer laterals between the main and the property line when the smoke testing results indicate the possibility of a defect in the SAWS lateral, or at the direction of SAWS. All work shall be performed in accordance with these specifications in regard to quality, workmanship, hardcopy and electronic deliverables, schedules, meetings, labor, equipment, materials, reports, submittals, customer contact, and supervision to successfully inspect the sewer laterals.
