SAWS W-9 and W-52 Sewer Projects

Please join us for an informational meeting to discuss two (2) upcoming sewer projects, the W-9 and W-52 projects for Pipeline and Facility Contractors. The projects will be advertised as two (2) separate construction solicitations. Please see the Information Fact Sheets for specific details about each of these projects. Both projects will be procured through the Request for Competitive Sealed Proposal (RFCSP) method and are scheduled to be advertised in March 2024 April 2024 (W-9), to be awarded in July 2024 August 2024 and April 2024 May 2024 (W-52), to be awarded in August 2024 September 2024.

90% draft Plans for both W-9 and W-52 are now available with the signing of a Disclaimer form. Contractors may provide comments and/or questions on the draft plans for both projects in writing. Submit any comments or questions via email to Lindsay Esquivel at Lindsay.Esquivel@saws.org no later than 5:00 p.m. March 1, 2024. When submitting questions or comments, please clearly identify the project name.
