BID OPENING IS NOVEMBER 19, 2013 AT 10:00 A.M. (CT)

Sealed bids are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the construction of approximately 2,800 linear feet of 54-inch sewer main by open cut, 2,600 linear feet of 48-inch sewer main rehabilitation by CIPP, 440 linear feet of 42-inch inverted siphon by tunneling, and manhole replacement and rehabilitation for the Olmos Basin Central Watershed Sewer Relief Main (C-3) Project – Line C SAWS Job No. 08-2512.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 9:30 AM (CT) on November 7, 2013 at the San Antonio Water System’s Customer Service Building, Tower II, 1st floor, Conference Room C154, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, San Antonio, Texas.

Sealed bids will be received by the Contract Administration Division, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, Customer Center Building, Suite 171, San Antonio, Texas 78212, until 10:00 AM (CT), November 19, 2013. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud in Contract Administration, Suite 169, Customer Center Building, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, San Antonio, Texas. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid price.
