San Antonio Water System

San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is requesting proposals from laboratory testing firms to perform analysis of water samples determining the existence of a human Bacteriodales marker using the Quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction (qPCR) method. SAWS is requesting this analysis to comply with a Consent Decree between SAWS and the United States of America, acting for the Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA). A copy of that Decree will be attached to the contract between SAWS and any entity that SAWS selects to perform services in response to this RFP.
