The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is requesting statements of qualifications be submitted by interested and qualified professional service providers (the Consultant) to provide an array of professional services to assist SAWS in furthering its water and revenue loss management program. SAWS will work with a selected consultant to review recent water loss audit reports and to set five-year goals for improvement.

Responses are due no later than 2:00 p.m. (Central Time), September 10, 2013. A Pre-Submittal Conference is not scheduled for this project.
