DESCRIPTION:  

Lots 7 and 8, Block 19, New City Block 7917, SUNSET PLACE, in the City of San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas, according to plat thereof recorded in Volume 368, Page 21, Deed and Plat Records of Bexar County, Texas. 

LOCATION:

The property is a rectangular shaped parcel located at 426 Carlisle, northeast of the intersection of Nogalitos St. and Division Ave, and west of IH-35 South in the southwestern quadrant of San Antonio. Located on MAPSCO, page 650 grid A3.

Sealed bids are to be submitted on SAWS’ bid documents. The bid documents contain the terms and conditions under which the property will be conveyed and prospective bidders should familiarize themselves with these bid documents. Such terms and conditions include reservations of easement rights and water rights to the property.
