San Antonio Water System

The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is pursing Request for Qualifications of Land Surveying Services in conjunction with the acquisition and conveyance of real property interests. These services will be required on an “as needed” basis. 

The surveying firm shall provide surveying services which include, but are not limited to: preparation of easement and boundary survey and property description documents including all legal research and property identification through the use of document recording information (i.e. volumes and pages of deeds).   Right of Entries required to enter property to perform survey work will be obtained by the Consultant.

The schedule will be determined on a project by project basis, with the surveying firm expected to return some jobs on an expedited schedule.
