The SAW San Antonio Water System (SAWS) Conservation Department is requesting proposals from qualified firms to design and implement a new website, a searchable database of plants and an interactive landscaping tool.

The focus of the content will be specifically to reduce outdoor water usage. The SAWS Conservation department is looking to extend their reach from their day-to-day consultants who evaluate water usage from an indoor and outdoor perspective. Currently the department’s consultants visit homes that are requesting help to curb high water use and provide recommendations on how to curb water use. The specific focus of this project is to provide timely, online information on how to reduce outdoor water use to help extend the conservation messaging reach beyond the current site visits. The Contracting Department is accepting Proposals to continue the efforts of SAWS.
