The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is accepting Statements of Qualifications in connection with the Feasibility Evaluation of Thermal Hydrolysis Processes for the Dos Rios WRC study. This will require services to be performed by a qualified consultant or consulting firms. The study includes analysis of biosolids data, and a detailed evaluation and comparison of different thermal hydrolysis solids minimization processes.
Interested firms may download the RFQ submittal packet in pdf format from our website located at www.saws.org, select Business Center, then select Contract Solicitations, find the project then select more. Responses are due no later than 2:00 p.m. (Central Time), May 2, 2013. A Pre-Submittal Conference is not scheduled for this project.
