The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from interested firms from which to choose a construction manager (CM) to provide complete construction management, administration and integrated inspection services for Phase I of the Water Resources Integration Program (the Program). This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) invites Respondents to submit SOQs describing in detail their technical qualifications to act as the CM for the Program as it relates to the Scope of Services outlined in this RFQ.
