DESCRIPTION:  

Being a 100.00 ft X 140.0 ft Lot out of Tract “L” of a Subdivision of the J.J. Harrison Tract out of the J. M. Harvey Survey No. 85, County Block 5002, Bexar County, the tract described in detail on the attached Exhibit “A”.

The properties are located at 1302 Morey Peak, San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas. Located on MAPSCO, Page 550 Grid C5.
