DESCRIPTION:  

A 0.68 of an acre circular tract of property located off a private

road at 7000 Dorothy Louise Drive within the Dream Hill Estates

Subdivision, NCB 11611, San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas; and

further described as: All that circular tract of land together with the

strip of land connecting said circular tract with Dorothy Louise Drive;

said circular tract being bounded on all sides by Lots 2 to 15, inclusive,

in Block One, in Dream Hill Estates; and said strip of land being

bounded on the North by Lot 15, on the South by Lot 14, on the East

by said circular tract and on the West by East line of Dorothy Louise Drive; said tract and strip being all of Block One in Dream Hill Estates except Lots 1 to 23, inclusive, all according to plat thereof recorded

in Volume 980, page 146, of the Plat Records of Bexar county, Texas.
