Sealed bids for the purchase of LAND (“SAWS LAND”) described below will be received by SAWS Contract Administration, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, Customer Service Building, Suite 171, San Antonio, Texas 78212, until 2:00 PM, (CST) March 6, 2013 (the “bid deadline”).

A parcel of land being Lots 1 and 2, Block 22, New City Block 11410, Woodlawn Heights, in the City of San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas, according to plat thereof recorded in Volume 642, Page 326, Deed and Plat Records, Bexar County, Texas

LOCATION:

The property is located at 127 Hillcrest Drive, San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas.  Located on MAPSCO, Page 615 Grid A1.

Sealed bids are to be submitted on SAWS bid form.  The bid form contains the terms and conditions under which the property will be conveyed and prospective bidders should familiarize themselves with the bid form.
