San Antonio Water System

Sealed bids are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the purpose of retaining a Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to perform point repairs to the wastewater collection system pipelines and to adjust manholes, on a work order contract basisfor the 2010 Annual Sanitary Sewer Main Point Repair and Manhole Adjustments – Package 4 Project, SAWS Job Nos. 10-0111 and 10-1402.

Sealed bids will be received by the Contract Administration Division, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, Customer Center Building, Suite 171, San Antonio, Texas 78212, until 2:00 p.m., January 27, 2010. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud in Contract Administration Office, Suite 171, Conference Room 169 at the San Antonio Water System Customer Center Building, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, San Antonio, Texas. This solicitation includes a Good Faith Effort Plan and a Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, CIQ Form, which should be included as part of your bid and will become part of the construction contract documents. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid price.

 

A pre-bid meeting will not be required for this project.

The System reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any or all formalities.
