GAP ANALYSIS: Hansen as a Fleet Management System
 
The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is requesting proposals from a consultant to provide a gap analysis of the features and functions required by the Fleet department. The purpose of the analysis is to fully compare the needs of the Fleet department with the functionality available in the Hansen version 8 system for fleet management.
 
The Fleet department has need for software to schedule and track maintenance history, fuel usage and total costs. The goal is to integrate existing software to optimize operational activities and track all functions related to maintenance of vehicles and equipment including processing repair and preventive maintenance work.    
 
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is open to contractors qualified to provide services requested and submit a written response (“Proposal”), hereinafter the (“Proposer(s)”).
