The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is pursuing professional services for Asset Management (AM) support services as needed through a multi-year work order (task order) contract. SAWS’ Asset Management Department was established in 2021 to develop the AM Program for all the infrastructure services SAWS provides. SAWS has over 3,000,000 assets within its Computerized Maintenance Management System registry. The AM department is seeking program support to evaluate the current program and assist with program enhancement related tasks that require specialized expertise. The selected engineering firm (Consultant) will be responsible for providing support for the tasks described herein and for any additional asset management tasks that are identified throughout the term of the contract.
