San Antonio Water System

Sealed bids are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the construction of water, sewer, recycle water main installation, replacements, and adjustments in conjunction with, but not limited to, the City of San Antonio Public Works Department Alley and Street Projects, for the 2010 IDC Water and Sewer Construction Package II Project, SAWS Job No. 09-5114 & 09-5614. Then select Bidder, Consultant, and Vendor Registration, which is located on the left-hand side of the screen. Select the Register Now button and proceed with registration. Sealed bids will be received by the Contract Administration Division, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, Customer Center Building, Suite 171, San Antonio, Texas 78212, until 10:00 a.m., January 5, 2010. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud in Contract Administration, Suite 169, Customer Center Building, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, San Antonio, Texas. This solicitation includes a Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, CIQ Form, which should be included as part of your bid and will become part of the construction contract documents. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid price.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. on December 18, 2009 at the San Antonio Water System's SAWS Headquarters Tower 2 (Customer Service Building)First floor , Conference Room 145, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, SanAntonio, Texas.
