REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is requesting consulting services to install wastewater flow meters and continuously monitor upstream and downstream of up to twelve (12) Edwards Aquifer sensitive feature or critical flow locations through the term of the contract. The selected consultant (Consultant) will be responsible for providing, installing, maintaining, relocating, and/or removing all flow meters during the contracted period. The purpose for these consulting services is to alert SAWS to instances of flow loss or other abnormal flow. The following scope of services will be required.
