San Antonio Water System

Sealed bids are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the construction and placement of concrete and all related appurtenances on various unspecified projects for 2010 Concrete Placement Work Order Construction Contract – Package No. 3 Project, SAWS Job No. 10-0106.

Sealed bids will be received by the Contract Administration Division, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, Customer Center Building, Suite 171, San Antonio, Texas 78212, until 2:00 PM, December 16, 2009. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud in the Contract Administration, Suite 169, Customer Center Building, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, San Antonio, Texas 78212.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on December 3, 2009 at 9:00 AM at San Antonio Water System’s Customer Service Building, 1st floor, Conference Room 137, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, San Antonio, Texas 78212. Please be advised that under no circumstances shall any late or non-attendee(s) to the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting be allowed to bid the project.

Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid price.

Interested bidders may obtain one electronic set of plans and specifications from the San Antonio Water System's Contract Administration Office, 2800 U.S. 281 North, Customer Center Building, Suite 171, San Antonio, Texas 78212, between the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
