San Antonio Water System

The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is pursuing competitive sealed proposals for the purchase and installation of residential and commercial water meters as part of the Meter Replacement Program Installation Project. The objective and scope of this project includes purchase and installation services of approximately 38,000 SAWS approved water meters within the specified territory. SAWS is accepting Competitive Sealed Proposals in connection with the Meter Replacement Program (MRP) which will require a Scope of Services to be performed by a qualified vendor.

A MANDATORY pre-proposal meeting will be held at 10:00 A.M., on January 23, 2012 at the San Antonio Water System’s Customer Service Building, 1st floor, Conference Room 154, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, San Antonio, Texas. Please be advised that under no circumstances shall any late or non-attendees to the Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting be allowed to submit a proposal for the project.
