Answers to the questions will be posted to the web site by 4:00 PM (CST) on February 2, 2012 as a separate document or included as part of an addendum.

 

A mandatory pre-bid with SAWS personnel will be held at the job site promptly at 10:00 AM on January 27^th, 2012 at the SAWS’ Sundance Ranch Pump Station, located at 25334 Toutant Beauregard, San Antonio TX 78255, located along the north side of Toutant Beauregard Road about one mile west of the intersection of Scenic Loop Road in northwest Bexar County. A map of location is provided at www.saws.org as Supplemental Information under this solicitation. If you need assistance with directions, please contact Erika Anderson at 210-792-9888. All visitors are required to sign in at the front gate of the pump station. No late attendees will be able to visit the site. Please be advised that under no circumstances shall any late or non-attendee(s) to the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting be allowed to submit a bid for the project.

 

Sealed bids will be received by the Contract Administration Division, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, Customer Center Building, Suite 171, San Antonio, Texas 78212, until 10:00 a.m., February 6, 2012. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud in Contract Administration, Suite 169, Customer Center Building, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, San Antonio, Texas. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid price.
