The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) pursuing sports race management and event photography services related to a 5K – Run/Walk Event, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of this RFP.
Interested firms may download the RFP submittal packet in pdf format from our website located at www.saws.org, select Business Center, then select Contract Solicitations, find the project then select More. Responses are due no later than 2:00 p.m. (Central Time), January 13, 2012.
Respondents may submit technical questions concerning the services in this RFP to Cynthia Medina, Contract Specialist in writing via e-mail to: cgmedina@saws.org or by fax to (210-233-5332 until 4:00 p.m. (CST) on January 9, 2012. Answers to questions will be posted on the SAWS website by 4:00 p.m. on January 10, 2012.
