San Antonio Water System

The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is pursuing services from qualified outside collection agencies (OCA) to collect on delinquent accounts that have been inactive for a period of three (3) months or more to support SAWS’ effort to decrease revenue loss and continue providing services at affordable rates. SAWS desires to maximize the collection of outstanding delinquent accounts with careful consideration of consumers’ rights per all applicable local, state and federal laws and statutes. SAWS is committed to a consumer focused process that must be honored throughout the collection cycle.
