San Antonio Water System

The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is pursuing professional engineering design services and accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from professional engineering firms (Respondents) in connection with the Desalination Wellfield Collection Pipeline Design Services Project at the SAWS H2Oaks Brackish Groundwater Desalination (BGD) facility. The primary objective of the project is to connect two (2) new brackish water production wells to the BGD treatment facility.  The project will require engineering services to be performed by a qualified engineering firm or firms. Respondent(s) must have familiarity working on projects using open-cut and/or trenchless construction methods. The majority of the work will be performed on SAWS-owned property, however, some work may be under the jurisdiction of the City of San Antonio (COSA), Bexar County, or other governing agencies’ right-of-way (ROW) and/or permitting authority.

There shall be a non-mandatory Pre-Submittal Conference on January 29, 2019 at 10:00 AM (CT) at the SAWS facility:
