San Antonio Water System

The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is pursuing professional engineering services and accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) in response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), for the 2019 Water Main Replacement Work Order Engineering Contract. The scope entails the rehabilitation and replacement of small and large diameter water facilities for unspecified projects as required by SAWS. These unspecified projects will require engineering services to be performed by a qualified engineering firm or firms, herein referred as Consultant(s), on a work order basis. Consultant(s) must have familiarity working on projects using open-cut , pipebursting, and directional drilling construction methods within the City of San Antonio (COSA), Bexar County, Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT), and other governing agencies’ right-of-way (ROW).
