San Antonio Water System

The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is requesting Statements of Qualifications from experienced firms to provide Program Management and Engineering services, including but not limited to professional engineering services, geological consulting, environmental permitting, construction phase services, and materials testing services for development of a Brackish Groundwater Desalination Program (the Program.)  The successful respondent shall provide the necessary services to coordinate the completion of the Program on time and on budget, including coordinating with a separately selected Construction Manager at Risk firm. Responses are due no later than December 19, 2011 @ 4:00 PM Central Time at the SAWS, Customer Center Building Tower II, Contracting Department, Contract Administration Division, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, Suite 171, San Antonio, Texas 78212.
