San Antonio Water System

Sealed bids are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the construction of approximately 2.3 acre constructed wetland pilot study located at Mitchell Lake, which entails earthwork, planting, yard piping, a floating pump station, and associated electrical and instrumentation work for the Mitchell Lake Constructed Wetlands Phase 1 Project, SAWS Job No. 15-6503.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held at 1:00 PM (CT) on November 2, 2018 at the San Antonio Water System’s Leon Creek WRC O&M Building Cafeteria, 1104 Mauermann Road, San Antonio, Texas, 78224.  Attendees wishing to conduct site visit after the meeting shall be required to supply their own personal protective equipment including a hard hat, high visibility vest and steel toe boots.

Sealed bids will be received Counter Services in the Customer Service office across from the Guard Station, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, Customer Center Building, San Antonio, Texas 78212, until 10:00 AM (CT), November 13, 2018.  Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud in Contract Administration, Conference Room 145, Customer Center Building, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, San Antonio, Texas.  Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid price.
