Bidding for Overlook Loop
The City of San Antonio, Texas, a home-rule municipality of the State of Texas, acting by and through the San Antonio Water System Board of Trustees ("SAWS"), desires to sell and is soliciting offers to purchase and/or exchange a certain 1.94 acre tract(s) SAWS-owned real property located in Bexar County, Texas ("SAWS Property"). SAWS will consider offers of cash, other real property, or a combination of both (including offers that would require SAWS to pay additional cash in connection with the exchange of real property).
Sealed bids will be received by Counter Services in the Customer Service office across from the Guard Station, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, Customer Center Building, San Antonio, Texas 78212, until 8:30 AM (CT), November 1, 2018.
Any party interested in submitting a bid for the Overlook Loop may conduct an inspection by request by contacting, not later than October 30, 2018:
