REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE SEALED PROPOSALS

Sealed proposals are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the construction of approximately 5,200 LF of 54-inch FRP sanitary sewer main, 5,000 LF of 48-inch FRP sanitary sewer main, associated structures, 3,000 LF of 8-inch through 24-inch sanitary sewer side connections, bypass pumping, pavement repairs, and traffic control for the Martinez Creek, Perez St. to W. Huisache Ave. Wastewater Main Replacement Project, SAWS Job No. 15-4802.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at 3:00 PM (CT) on September 25, 2018 at the San Antonio Water System’s Customer Service Building, 1st floor, Conference Room C145, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, San Antonio, Texas.

Please be advised that Respondents are prohibited from communicating with any other SAWS staff, the Consultant, the Developer, or City of San Antonio officials regarding this RFCSP up until the contract is awarded as outlined in the Instructions to Respondents.

Sealed proposals will be received by Counter Services in the Customer Service office across from the Guard Station, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, Customer Service Building, San Antonio, Texas 78212, until 10:00 AM (CT), October 19, 2018. Proposals will then be publicly opened and read aloud by Contract Administration in Conference Room C137, Customer Service Building, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, San Antonio, Texas. Each proposal must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total proposal price submitted by the Respondent.
