2^nd Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal On-Site Meeting Added and Proposal Due Date Change per Addendum 1

Sealed proposals are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the plugging of one large 30 inch diameter artesian flowing Edwards well, the removal and disposal of all existing surface infrastructure, and installation/removal of temporary erosion controls for the West Bexar County Monitor Well No. 2 Plugging Project, SAWS Job No. 18-0121.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at 10:00 AM (CT) on August 13, 2018 at the gate of the San Antonio Water System’s Monitor Well No. 2 at 8400 Old Pearsall Rd., San Antonio, Texas 78252, Latitude 29.30582614287682 Longitude -98.6629886659723 .  A second non-mandatory pre-proposal on-site meeting will be held at 10:00 am to 11:00 am (CDT) on August 21, 2018. Proposers should meet at the gate of the San Antonio Water System’s Monitor Well No. 2 located at 8400 Old Pearsall Rd., San Antonio, Texas 78252, Latitude 29.30582614287682 Longitude -98.6629886659723.

Answers to the questions will be posted to the web site by 04:00 PM (CT) on August 17 20, 2018 as a separate document or included as part of an addendum. Be advised that firms responding to this RFCSP (Respondents) are prohibited from communicating with any other SAWS staff, the Consultant, the Developer, or COSA officials regarding this RFCSP up until the contract is awarded as outlined in the Instructions to Respondents.

Sealed proposals will be received by Counter Services in the Customer Service office across from the Guard Station, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, Customer Center Building, San Antonio, Texas 78212, until 10:00 AM (CT), August 21 24, 2018.  Proposals will then be publicly opened and read aloud by Contract Administration in CR-C169, Customer Center Building, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, San Antonio, Texas. Each proposal must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total proposal price.
