Addendum 6 - Includes Revised Price Proposal. 

Sealed proposals are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the construction of approximately 11,200 linear feet of sanitary sewer and 900 linear feet of water line for the C5 Culebra – Castroville to Laredo & C28 Zarzamora Creek – San Gabriel to NW 23rd Street Phase 3 Project, SAWS Job No. 18-4501.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at 10:00 AM (CT) on August 22, 2018 at the San Antonio Water System’s Customer Service Building, 1st floor, Conference Room CR-C145, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, San Antonio, Texas.

Answers to the questions will be posted to the web site by 11:00 AM 4:00 PM (CT) on August 31 September 6, 2018 as a separate document or included as part of an addendum. Be advised that firms responding to this RFCSP (Respondents) are prohibited from communicating with any other SAWS staff, the Consultant, the Developer, or COSA officials regarding this RFCSP up until the contract is awarded as outlined in the Instructions to Respondents.

Sealed proposals will be received by Counter Services in the Customer Service office across from the Guard Station, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, Customer Center Building, San Antonio, Texas 78212, until 10:00 AM (CT), September 14, 2018. Proposals will then be publicly opened and read aloud by Contract Administration in CR-C154, Customer Center Building, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, San Antonio, Texas. Each proposal must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total proposal price.
