Sealed proposals are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the construction of a water treatment plant and high service pump station for the CENTRAL WATER INTEGRATION PIPELINE Terminus Treatment Facility Project, SAWS Job No. 18-8616.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at 10 9:00 AM (CDT) on August 21, 2018 at the San Antonio Water System’s Customer Service Building, 1^st floor, Conference Room C145, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, San Antonio, Texas, 78212. Following the meeting, there will be a non-mandatory site visit to the Terminus Site, located south of Las Lomas Elementary, which has an address of 20303 Hardy Oak Blvd.  For questions regarding this solicitation, technical questions or additional information, please contact Jessica Goforth, Contract Administrator, in writing via email to: Jessica.Goforth@saws.org or by fax to (210) 233-3849 until 2:00 PM 10:00 AM (CDT) on August 28 4, 2018. Answers to the questions will be posted to the web site by 2:00 PM 10:00 AM (CDT) on September 5 August 31, 2018 as a separate document or included as part of an addendum. Be advised that firms responding to this RFCSP (Respondents) are prohibited from communicating with any other SAWS staff, the Consultant, the Developer, or COSA officials regarding this RFCSP up until the contract is awarded as outlined in the Instructions to Respondents.

Sealed proposals will be received by Counter Services in the Customer Service office across from the Guard Station, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, Customer Center Building, San Antonio, Texas 78212, until 2:00 PM 10:00 AM (CT), September 7 12 14, 2018.  Proposals will then be publicly opened and read aloud by Contract Administration in CR-C145, Customer Center Building, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, San Antonio, Texas. Each proposal must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total proposal price.
