The purpose of this Request for Interest (RFI) is to solicit interest by qualified firms for the divestment of the SAWS’ chilled water system, and to seek the advice and feedback of thermal utility operators for the development of a future Request For Proposals (RFP) that will provide all the information necessary for bidders to submit a response that is fair to the bidder and brings value to the COSA and SAWS.
