REAL ESTATE LAND SURVEYING SERVICES

SOLICITATION NO: Q-18-005-JP

The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is seeking Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms (Respondents) for this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Real Estate Land Surveying Services in conjunction with the acquisition and conveyance of real property interests.  These surveying services will be required on an as-needed and work order basis for an initial three (3) year term with two (2) one-year renewal options. SAWS may elect to award a contract to one or multiple firms as a result of this RFQ, depending on SAWS’ needs regarding these services.

A pre-submittal meeting will not be held for this project.

Respondents may submit technical questions concerning the services in this RFQ, in writing no later than June 25, 2018 by 4:00 PM CT. Electronic inquiries by e-mail or fax will be accepted. The contact person for this solicitation is:

Answers to the questions will be posted to the web site by 5:00 PM (CT) on June 29, 2018 as a separate document or included as part of an addendum.

Please be advised that Respondents are prohibited from communicating with any other SAWS staff, or City of San Antonio officials regarding this RFQ up until the contract is awarded as outlined in the RFQ.
