REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)

MITCHELL LAKE LANDSCAPE DESIGN

The San Antonio Water System (SAWS)’s Conservation Department is seeking Licensed Landscaped architectural services, whether independent, or in Landscape Architecture firms, or architectural / engineering firms with licensed landscape architects on staff or architectural / engineering firms who chose to team with a Landscape Architecture firm.  Any of these would be acceptable and all are encouraged to apply.  Respondent shall have capabilities and qualifications to produce final construction bid documents, drawings and specifications for landscape site improvements and design services to include hardscape areas, walking paths and native landscape beds for 1 to 2 acre area between the Leaper House parking lot and the back pavilion at the Mitchell Lake Audubon Center located in South Bexar County, Texas.

A non-mandatory pre-submittal conference will be held:
