Sealed proposals are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the construction of the replacement and upsizing of 3.0 miles of 48-inch and 42-inch gravity sewer main with larger 78-inch/60-inch sewer mains, as well as, the elimination of two siphons and the abandonment of existing 48-inch/42-inch main for the E19 Segment 2 Project, SAWS Job No. 18-4502

A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at 2:00 PM (CT) on April 16, 2018 at the San Antonio Water System’s Customer Service Building, 1st floor, Conference Room 145, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, San Antonio, Texas.

Answers to the questions will be posted to the web site by 4:00 PM 10:00 AM (CDT) on May 7 April 26, 2018 as a separate document or included as part of an addendum. Please be advised that Respondents are prohibited from communicating with any other SAWS staff, the Consultant, the Developer, or City of San Antonio officials regarding this RFCSP up until the contract is awarded as outlined in the Instructions to Respondents.

Sealed proposals will be received by Counter Services in the Customer Service office across from the Guard Station, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, Customer Center Building, San Antonio, Texas 78212, until 10:00 AM (CT), May 25 , 2018.  Proposals will then be publicly opened and read aloud by Contract Administration in CR-C145, Customer Center Building, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, San Antonio, Texas. Each proposal must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total proposal price submitted by the Respondent.
