San Antonio Water System

The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is pursuing professional engineering design services and accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) in connection with the Small and Large Diameter Condition, Capacity and Governmental, which will include the rehabilitation and replacement of small and large diameter water and/or wastewater facilities for unspecified projects which will require a Scope of Services to be performed by a qualified consultant(s) or consulting firm(s) on a work order basis. Consultants should have familiarity working on projects using trenchless technology within the City of San Antonio (COSA), Bexar County, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), and other governing agencies right-of-way.

SAWS will select multiple consultants to award two (2) year contracts, which will remain in full force during that period, or until funds are exhausted from issuance of the Authorization to Proceed, whichever comes first.  If a work order is issued prior to the expiration of the contract, the work order will remain in effect until completion of the work order.
