The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) in response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering design services for three (3) water main replacement projects which include Boerne Stage Road, West Avenue and Hwy 90 & General McMullen. The selected professional engineering team(s) will also provide associated engineering services necessary to design each of the three water main replacement projects included in this RFQ from 30% Design Phase (Phase A) to the final design phase, which includes both bid and construction phase services.
