Sealed bids are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the construction of improvements including renovation to an existing pump station building, including piping, valve upgrades and a new bridge crane; new chemical feed facilities, including new building for fluoride and sodium hypochlorite generation systems, with chemical feed pumps, exterior storage tanks; yard piping, electrical and instrumentation improvements; concrete foundations; demolition and other site improvements for a complete in-place facility for the Zarzamora Pump Station Improvements Project, SAWS Job No. 15-6101.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held at 10:00 AM (CT) on October 26, 2017 at the San Antonio Water System’s Zarzamora Pump Station, 6019 South Zarzamora, San Antonio, Texas 78211.

Please be advised that Bidders are prohibited from communicating with any other SAWS staff, the Consultant, the Developer, or City of San Antonio officials regarding this IFB up until the contract is awarded as outlined in the Instructions to Bidders.

Sealed bids will be received by Counter Services in the Customer Service office across from the Guard Station, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, Customer Center Building, San Antonio, Texas 78212, until 10:00 AM 2:00 PM (CT), November 10, 2017.
