E-16 Wurzbach Parkway Sewer Capacity Storage at U.S. Highway 281

The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms to provide professional engineering design services, as well as all associated engineering services necessary to advance the E-16 Wurzbach Parkway Sewer Capacity Storage at U.S. Highway 281 to the final design phase, which includes both bid and construction phase services. SAWS will provide Respondents with the 10% technical memorandum (TM) for the proposed infrastructure included in this project. A draft version of the 30% design deliverables and/or any additional pertinent information needed during the negotiation phase will be made available to the selected firms, which will be the basis for the scope of work.
