Bid Opening Date has Changed - See Addendum 6

Sealed bids are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the construction of approximately open cut approximately 350 linear feet of 24-inch sewer main, 3,700 linear feet of 36-inch sewer main, 1,500 linear feet of 42-inch sewer main, and 84 linear feet of 60-inch sewer main, tunnel approximately 1,500 linear feet of 36-inch and 42-inch sewer main without casing, tunnel approximately 400 linear feet of 36-inch and 42-inch sewer main with casing, rehabilitate by hot water/steam Cured In Place Pipe approximately 7,000 linear feet of existing 60-inch gravity sewer main for the C 13 Broadway Corridor Package B Project, SAWS Job No. 16-4508.

Answers to the questions will be posted to the web site by 4:00 PM (CT) on June 6, 2017 June 7, 2017 as a separate document or included as part of an addendum.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 9:00 AM (CT) on May 26, 2017 at the San Antonio Water System’s Customer Service Building, 1st floor, Conference Room CR-C 137, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, San Antonio, Texas.

Sealed bids will be received by the Contract Administration Division, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, Customer Center Building, Suite 171, San Antonio, Texas 78212, until 10:00 AM (CT), June 13 15, 2017. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud in Contract Administration, CR-C 145, Customer Center Building, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, San Antonio, Texas. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid price.
