San Antonio Water System

The San Antonio Water System is requesting for proposals (RFP) from vendors to provide an integrated online solution to manage and deliver a library of standards, manuals of practice, codes, regulations and code books through a single protected portal.   The portal package should include implementation services, training and maintenance support, and be capable of:

·      Allowing users to manage and control their own library of Standards and Technical Specifications and monitor any changes to the information

·      Link users own documents to the content, bookmarking, adding notes and include advanced user management features such as purchasing control of standards, codes, and other relevant protocols

·      Provide full-text management allowing users to access documents and download the PDF to their local devices

·      Provide most up to date documents

·      Simple, friendly user interface
