The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is pursuing professional services to serve as program management and systems integration consultants for an Advanced Metering Technology Feasibility Analysis and Implementation Contract. The selected firm will guide SAWS through an initial feasibility analysis. If it is determined to be in SAWS’ best interests, based on the feasibility analysis and organizational factors, the selected firm will also guide SAWS through the final implementation of Advanced Metering technology.
