The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is accepting Statements of Qualifications in connection with the Dos Rios Water Recycling Center (WRC) Electrical System Improvements – Phase 2 Project. The Project will require services to be performed by a qualified engineering consultant or consulting firm. A program was initiated to assess, rehabilitate and upgrade the Dos Rios WRC electrical system in multiple phases to be completed by 2025. These improvements shall be implemented in such a manner to minimize impacts to Dos Rios WRC operations.
