San Antonio Water System

Sealed bids are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the I.H. 10 Ground Storage Tank Painting and Rehabilitation Project, SAWS Job No. 13-0118. The project includes, but is not limited to, the following: Recoating and rehabilitation of an existing 3.0 MG steel ground storage tank, including removing and replacing tank appurtenances. Recoating above ground piping, valves, and pumps and miscellaneous pump station improvements. Electrical demolition and instrumentation improvements.  Site pavement and access drive improvements and fence replacement.  Other appurtenant work indicated on the plans and as specified.

A pre-bid meeting will not be required for this project.

Sealed bids will be received by the Contract Administration Division, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, Customer Center Building, Suite 171, San Antonio, Texas 78212, 9:00 AM (CT) October 10, 2016.  Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud in Contract Administration, CR-C110, Customer Center Building, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, San Antonio, Texas. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid price.
