The selected professional engineering teams shall provide consulting services entailing planning, engineering evaluations, studies, reports, design, bid, construction and overall project management in SAWS’ water production facilities and transmission main projects that are included in the Capital Improvements Program (CIP).
The San Antonio Water System periodically has need for general types of projects throughout the SAWS’ and District Special Project (DSP) production facilities that entail evaluation, rehabilitation, improvement, addition/demolition, replacement and expansion of equipment and facilities.
The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is pursuing professional consulting services for the 2017 Production and Transmission Engineering Capital Improvement Projects. Statements of Qualifications are being accepted in connection with these projects, which will require Scope of Services to be performed by qualified professional engineering teams.
